At HolistiCats, we take a thoughtful and personal approach to placement. Our adoption process is designed to help us get to know one another, answer questions, and ensure each kitten transitions smoothly into their new home.

Before submitting an inquiry, we encourage you to read through our Holistic Approach page to ensure our philosophy and care practices align with your own goals and expectations.

Step 1: Introduce Yourself
Tell us about yourself, your household, any children or pets in your home, and the kitten or type of kitten you’re interested in. If you’re hoping for a future kitten, you’re welcome to inquire about our waitlist as well.

Step 2: Connect
We’ll schedule a phone call, FaceTime, or text conversation to answer questions and get to know one another better. Please let us know time preferences.

Step 3: Reserve Your Kitten
Once you’ve chosen your kitten, we’ll send you a personalized adoption agreement, to be reviewed and signed. Once you have sent it back, we will request a deposit to reserve your kitten.

Step 4: Prepare for Homecoming
We’ll provide guidance, recommended supplies, feeding information, and starter items to help your kitten transition smoothly.

Step 5: Welcome Home
Bring your kitten home and enjoy ongoing support whenever questions arise!
